9-1-1 INTENSIVE THERAPY
In Couples 9-1-1 Intensive Therapy, you receive six months’ worth of therapy in just a few days. They are condensed, focused, highly specialized sessions that occur over a short period of time. The intensive format allows couples to dive deeply into the issues they are facing, uninterrupted, without having to wait for their weekly or biweekly session. In these sessions, the therapist is able to help couples get to the root of the problem a lot quicker and identify the roadblocks.

ADHD/EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONING COACHING
Because ADHD Coaching specifically addresses the needs of people affected by ADHD, it is a seamless blend of three distinct elements, each employed by the coach as needed:
- Coaching: Similar to other forms of coaching – like life coaching or executive coaching – ADHD coaching is client-centered, client-driven, and confidential. ADHD Coaches regard the client as an intact, creative, and resourceful person, and approach the coaching through an ADHD-informed lens. ADHD coaches facilitate the client’s actions toward self-awareness and the identification and achievement of the client’s self-identified goals, providing structure and accountability as needed.
- Skills Coaching: The ADHD coach and client collaborate to develop conscious awareness of the client’s strengths and challenges. Leveraging that awareness, the coach supports the client in creating systems and strategies tailored to the client’s needs and to strengthen the client’s ability to manage the pragmatic aspects of life.
- Education: The coach helps to educate the client about ADHD and how it affects them across a lifetime. The coach may also provide information regarding tools, resources, and referrals specific to ADHD (or related to ADHD), as well as research-based information relevant to the client’s needs and interests.

OTHER THERAPIES
CONJOINT THERAPY
Two parties in a union or the individuals making up a family unit are rendered treatment at the same time in collaborative meetings by at least one professional in the field, rather than being rendered treatment individually. This method is frequently used to conclude conflicts within marriages.
DISCERNMENT THERAPY
Discernment counseling is a form of therapy for couples who believe they are on the brink of a divorce and need guidance on whether or not to end the marriage.
Most instances involve couples with “mixed agendas,” in which one partner is leaning towards divorce and the other wants to remain married.1
Counselors act as mediators offering unbiased discretion for individuals with opposing viewpoints on the relationship. The counselor aids the couple in deciphering whether divorce is the best option for their marriage.
Discernment counseling is usually conducted by marriage and family therapists (MFT) who specialize in marriage and divorce. It involves a process of extensively evaluating the marriage and in-depth discussions as to why divorce is now being considered.
In just a few sessions, one to five, the therapist aids the couple in deciphering whether divorce is the best option for their marriage.2 At the conclusion of therapy, a decision is usually made whether to get a divorce or participate in 6 months of marriage counseling.
